Is it possible to exchange a received item?
What is the maximum time limit for a return request?
You must return your order within a maximum of one month from the date of receipt. After this period, we will not be able to offer you any exchange, credit note or refund.
What is the return procedure?
First of all, please contact our sales department by phone at +33 1 30 68 66 37 or by email at contact@sogedex.com to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will then receive a "return form" that you must affix to the returned package.
To return your order, you must send us back all your goods in their original packaging (imperatively not used). The return is at your expense and you can use the carrier of your choice.
What should I do if the package is damaged upon delivery?
In the case of a damaged parcel, you must put a reserve on the transport voucher of the carrier. You must then contact our after-sales service which will indicate you the procedure to follow.
What should I do if some products of my order are damaged?
You can contact our after sales service by email or phone to report any damaged products. Our team will give you the procedure.
Do not hesitate to send us pictures of the damaged products by email at contact@sogedex.com.
How do I use my credit?
Your credit is valid for one year, on the order of your choice. When you want to use it, please contact our sales department at contact@sogedex.com.
Is it possible to have a refund?
Refunds on credit cards are possible (excluding shipping costs) only if the order was paid by credit card. If you have used another payment method, please contact our sales team who will give you the procedure.
