First, we defined the material of the lanyard. Here, 20 mm flat smooth satin polyester proved to be the best choice. This material is distinguished by its classy and refined finish, offering a soft and shiny surface. This choice is not only aesthetic but also practical. Smooth satin polyester allows for optimal printing thanks to its uniform texture, ensuring an HD rendering of the desired visual. Indeed, due to the graphical complexity of the visual, we opted for sublimation printing. This method offers several major advantages: it preserves the vibrancy of the colors and guarantees the sharpness of details, essential for complex designs.
The lanyard also has a meal Swivel hook. This accessory is essential for securely holding the A6 badge in place. It’s been chosen for its sturdiness and reliability, ensuring that the badge does not risk falling off, even with movement or frequent use. Its practical design also allows for easy handling, enabling quick attachment and detachment of the badge when necessary.
