How to get a quote?
Please contact our sales team by phone at +33 1 30 68 66 37 or by email at contact@sogedex.com, it will be our pleasure to answer you as soon as possible. You can also create an online quote by adding your products to your cart and then converting it into a quotation. You can find it in your account.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Whether on our website, by email or by phone, there is no minimum order quantity.
Is it possible to receive samples?
Our sales team can send you free samples of our products in stock upon request. These shipments are subjects to stock availability and after detailing your need to one of our team member.
For customized accessories : we can also send you free samples of customized accessories that are closest to your needs (corresponding to productions made for other customers). If you wish to have a real preview of your own personalization, we also have the possibility to send you a prototype before the order. This prototype is subject to billing.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders with accessories available in stock can only be cancelled or modified if it has not yet been shipped.
Orders of personalized products can only be stopped or modified before they have been sent in production.
